1. Who is the controller

2. What we collect

• Contact data — name, business email, company and the message you send us through the contact form.
• Engagement data — the workflow, process and operational information you share with us during a project.
• Technical data — minimal server logs kept for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver automation work, secure our systems and improve our services. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your operational data to train models for other clients.

4. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (delivering the work), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, security, service improvement) and consent where required.

5. Sub-processors

We use selected providers for hosting, database, email and AI inference. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions.

6. Retention

Contact-form messages are retained while relevant to the enquiry or the relationship and deleted on request. Engagement data is retained for the duration of the project and a limited period afterwards unless you ask for earlier deletion.

7. Your rights

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel under confidentiality obligations.

9. International transfers

Some sub-processors are located outside the EU/EEA. Where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
