1. Who we are

Nis LogTech ("we", "the Service") is a product and service line of Nis Shpk, registered in Albania under Tax ID M37212002T, with its registered establishment at Blv Zogu I, Shkoder 4000, Albania — www.nisgroup.io. The team operates remotely from Antwerpen (BE) together with vetted external engineering and professional partners. Contracts and invoices are issued by Nis Shpk. By engaging us or using this website you agree to these Terms.

3. The Service

We identify manual, repetitive or inefficient workflows and build tailored automation around them, including supply chain and operational automation, tendering and pricing workflows, sales and commercial automation, marketing and revenue workflows, and data workflows and internal AI tools. Deliverables and scope are set per engagement in writing. Outputs are analytical and operational support, not legal, financial or customs advice.

4. Engagements, fees & billing

Work is delivered under a written proposal or statement of work. Fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued by Nis Shpk and payable per the terms on the invoice.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that information, systems access and data you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to share them. You remain responsible for your own regulatory, customs and contractual obligations.

6. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement.

7. Intellectual property

Our methodology, reusable components, tooling and branding remain our property. You own your data and, on full payment, the deliverables built specifically for your business, with a licence for us to use underlying reusable components.

8. Third-party services

Automations may rely on third-party platforms and APIs. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, terms or pricing.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without implied warranties. Nis Shpk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable proposal. Work performed up to termination remains payable.

11. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by Albanian law unless the engagement document states otherwise. We may update these Terms; the version dated above applies.
